Running late
If you’re running late, please let me know A.S.A.P. by calling the salon directly at 760-708-2434.
Arriving late may result in an adjustment in my service to not force me to run late for my following guests. More than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment and would be considered a last-minute cancellation.
Rescheduling / Cancellations
I understand that things come up. I value your time and I hope you value mine too. If you need to cancel your appointment it's no problem, please be sure to notify Bleach and Brawn directly at 760-708-2434, and no later than 48 hours before the time of your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in time will incur a cancellation fee.
To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, Bleach and Brawn requires a credit card to book an appointment. Any appointment not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under our cancellation policy protocol and you will be charged $50% to your card on file for what the scheduled service was valued at.
All client information is confidential and secure.
If you have any questions regarding this policy, please communicate them before committing to an appointment.
No Shows
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service missed and depending on the amount of occurrences may not be able to book any future appointments.
Card on file policy
All guest’s payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using our POS system.
Retail
Retail products may be exchanged for another product within 14 days of the purchase date if not satisfied.
Sorry, no refunds.
Adjustments
Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not completely content with your color or haircut, please let me know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls under the services that were originally discussed and agreed upon during the consultation.
I will be pleased to accommodate you. All Adjustments need to be taken care of within 2 weeks of the original appointment date.
Covid-19
If you have been exposed to, are showing symptoms of, or have been tested positive for COVID_19, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible and we will reschedule your appointment for a later date.
